Hi, welcome. This is my personal website. This is the first version being developed. So apologies for it being a bit of a work in progress, but it is a learning exercise to find out what features I want on the site and how to implement them.
I have recently tried to move to Italy but things did not slot into place like I hoped and I am now back in the UK. I have learnt that I am comfortable in Friuli and I want desperately to live there. I will be saving up my money and moving there permanently as soon as I can. I travelled there for the first time in 2006 and fell in love with it. I also have some relatives there and it has been really good to get to know them and some of the family history from them.
I like to travel to different parts of the world to see all the different architectural influences and scenery, sampling the local food etc as I go....! I have only visited various parts of Europe at the moment, but I have plans to explore further afield.
I have been a System Administrator for a number of years in mixed operating system environments and have learnt a few languages. I have recently added Python to the list and with it object oriented programming.
